The Bilstein 5100 Shocks Set is a high-performance suspension upgrade designed for 1996-2006 Jeep Wrangler 4WD models with a 3.5-4 inch front lift. Featuring a monotube design with a 46mm digressive piston, these shocks enhance handling both on and off-road by reducing body roll and nose dive while providing increased compliance over bumps and rough terrain. Constructed with a durable zinc plating finish, they offer excellent corrosion and rust resistance in harsh environments. The shocks are extended length to accommodate lifted vehicles, making them ideal for larger tires and off-road use, and are backed by a limited lifetime warranty for peace of mind.

This set includes four shocks—two for the front and two for the rear—designed specifically for TJ and LJ models with 4WD systems. All necessary hardware, including washers, bushings, reservoir clamps, and nuts, are included for a straightforward bolt-on installation, with factory shock mounting bolts reused. These shocks are suitable for vehicles with larger wheels, tires, or higher centers of gravity, and are optimized for off-road terrain, towing, and heavy-duty loads. They are not compatible with factory-spec vehicles without lift modifications, which should use Bilstein 4600 series shocks instead.
