-We try our hardest to make sure your hood doesn't get delivered damaged; Please contact us as soon as possible once you see damages and it will be up to our discretion to credit you what we find reasonable. We are a repair facility so we know how much time it is needed for hoods to be repaired. If its beyond repairable to our discretion we will send you a new one.
-If you don't agree with our discretion and want to return the hood, you will be charged shipping fees for returning it in the same condition as you received. Once received, it will take 3-5 days for our team to assess the damage.
-Please inspect your hoods the moment you receive the package from delivery service. Once 48 hours has passed, we cannot help you process damage claims or return claims. Thank you.
