The Snow Performance 05-18 GM Half Ton Truck Fuel Hat - Triple Pump is a high-performance fuel delivery upgrade designed for GM half-ton trucks from 2005 to 2018. Constructed from CNC-machined 6061 billet aluminum with a black anodized finish, this fuel hat features a billet aluminum manifold with CNC passages that streamline fuel flow and eliminate the need for T-fittings, hoses, and clamps. It securely holds genuine TI Automotive (Walbro) fuel pumps, available in flow rates of 450LPH or 470LPH, providing reliable, high-output fuel delivery. The assembly includes Viton chemical-resistant O-rings for a leak-free fit and is compatible with E85 and other harsh fuels, making it suitable for demanding performance applications. Designed to replace the factory fuel hat, it retains factory features such as the fuel level sender, EVAP system, and filler neck, offering a straightforward upgrade for increased fuel capacity and reliability.
